Here is information on Texas Boating Laws and Boating Safety by the United States Coast Guard (including carriage requirements; boarding policy; registration, documentation & numbering; navigation rules; aids to navigations; reference guide to state boating laws in PDF format for all 50 states).  This U.S.C.G. site is really cool!

  Interested in deciphering the vessel manufacturer's name based on the hull identification number?  The U.S.C.G. maintains a database of all manufacturers of vessels  constructed since 1972.

Do you need sunrise, sunset, moon phase information?  The U.S. Naval Observatory has this information for any location on earth.

U.S. Naval Observatory Master Clock available in different formats. Download  the Chronograph Lite freeware program for Windows95/98/NT4/2000/XP.  It allows you to manually sync your computer clock to the atomic clock.
