Dodd Street Docks caters to sailboats (view to the east).  It is located in the Volente area just north of Volente Beach and Highland Lakes Marina.

Here is the marina's ramp.  Appears shallow . . . as the terrain would indicate.   The marina is to the left (not shown).  Difficult to see, but a sailboat is launching in the center of the photo.
