VIP Marina's office & store (view to the northeast).  They offer fuel (Texaco), groceries, BBQ, boat rentals & more.  Volente Beach can be seen to the right and behind.  Barely visible is the waterslide.  This is a very nice facility.   Golf carts will wisk you from the parking lot to the marina.
