On the '99 wing-keel,  two blocks are located at the base of the mast (one on each side) for the mainsail and jib halyards.  In this photo, you can see one of these blocks as well as another block that allows the halyard to turn the corner near the pop-top.


Here you see the remainder of the halyard management system on the '99 wing-keel:  an EasyLock Mini rope clutch.


On the '99 centerboard, the halyards are managed by two Harken bullet blocks w/pivoting exit & cam cleats . . . one on each side of the mast.  The block/cam combination can be seen here just above the wiring exit on the mast.
