 
On the '99 wing-keel, Catalina installs a traveler (brand unknown . . .
likely a Harken). You can see that the cabin table cannot be used in the cockpit as
it can on the centerboard model. The mounting brackets are absent from the cockpit
well below the traveler.
On the '99 centerboard, Catalina installed a Harken fiddle block
w/becket on a Harken swivel base w/cam cleat.
